Sally began her veterinary nursing journey seven years ago, starting out in emergency care. After gaining valuable experience in critical situations, she transitioned into general practice, where she spent four rewarding years building strong clinical skills. Driven by a passion for variety and continuous learning, she then launched her own locum nursing business, working across a range of clinics throughout Adelaide. This experience ultimately led her to Veterinary Ophthalmic Referrals. What started as a locum position soon turned into something more permanent — and we’ve proudly called her part of the VOR team ever since.
